The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, patience, courtesy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They must be able to understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.058,00 per month \+ 3 distinct performance targets (daily, monthly, and retroactive to the previous year) that supplement the base salary.
