Job Summary:
Reception and patient care, performing various administrative and support tasks in a healthcare setting.

**Available Shifts:**
* FERISTA: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00
* Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 (2-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 08:00–12:00
* Monday to Friday, 10:00–20:00 (2-hour lunch break on Thursday)
* 12x36 \- 07:00–19:00
**Responsibilities:**
* Receive and welcome patients;
* Register patient visits in the Tasy system;
* Print examination release forms or verify eligibility;
* Collect fees for private examinations;
* Answer telephone calls from patients and physicians;
* Deliver examination results;
* Schedule examinations and appointments;
* Keep the workplace clean and organized;
* Issue invoices for private examinations and forward them to patients;
* Issue attendance certificates upon request;
* Request office supplies;
* Verify duplicate registration reports;
* Assist other receptionists as needed;
* Support new staff during customer service training;
* Distribute patient satisfaction surveys;
* Forward uncollected examination results to central reception;
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (a degree or technical qualification in healthcare is an advantage);
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite);
* Prior experience in hospital reception or other healthcare areas (e.g., authorization guides, health insurance operators) is desirable;
