Interaction with students of diverse profiles **ACADEMIC RELATIONSHIP OPERATOR** **Job Description:** • Provide multichannel support (chat, WhatsApp, and 0500\) – proactive and reactive; • Deliver information about courses, services, and procedures to students, applicants, and study centers; • Propose solutions and suggestions to expand recruitment of new registrants and enrolled students; • Process enrollments for new students via communication channels and phone calls. **Requirements:** • Completed high school education; • Experience in customer service (in-person or remote); • Strong communication skills, organization, and empathy to interact effectively with students of diverse profiles; • First job experience is acceptable. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–8:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher R$ 37.46/day Commission *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
