Daily operations management, staff scheduling, inventory control, procurement, and submission of attendance records and monthly reports to HR. Ensuring service quality and compliance with established standards and procedures. Cost control, performance indicator monitoring, procurement negotiations and quotations. Results analysis and support in implementing strategic management guidelines. Previous experience as Restaurant Coordinator, Restaurant Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager, or Restaurant Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
