Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of production equipment, coordinating maintenance teams, and optimizing costs. Key Highlights: 1. Our purpose is to create new smiles every day, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset that transforms our employees into a high-performance team. **Opportunity for work at the CIC.** **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance teams * Ensure adherence to maintenance plans and performance indicators (KPIs) * Control and optimize maintenance costs (OPEX and CAPEX) * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards * Act as the interface between Production, Engineering, and Procurement * Develop the technical team and ensure continuous training * Develop and monitor the preventive and predictive maintenance plan * Manage the maintenance backlog * Prioritize work orders based on criticality and impact on production * Manage maintenance inventory, purchase requisitions, and ABC curve management * Control and manage parts and equipment for external repair and interface with suppliers * Identify root causes of recurring failures * Implement improvements in equipment and processes * Participate in projects aimed at increasing reliability and efficiency. **What do you need to have or know?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * Solid experience in maintenance, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance scheduling. * Experience with continuous improvement and root cause analysis. * Green or Black Belt certification will be considered a plus. * Lean Manufacturing certification will be considered a plus. * Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Autonomous Maintenance will be considered a plus. * Advanced English proficiency. **What will you find here?** * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Nationwide health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental plan; * WellHub (Gympass); * Transportation allowance or parking subsidy; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Internal development programs; * Discounts on our product lines; * Growth opportunities.
