Focus on communication and sense of urgency **Description:** Responsibilities Evaluate the technical scope requested by the client, prospect suppliers, initiate and manage the entire price bidding process, conduct negotiations, and participate in drafting the respective contracts. Requirements Strong oral and written communication skills, logical thinking, and a sense of urgency are essential. Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience are required. Specific procurement-related courses or training, as well as knowledge of Oracle ERP, are considered advantageous.
