We are recognized as the 7th largest pharmacy chain in the country (ABRAFARMA 2022\) and transform the lives of thousands of people every day by offering quality products that promote well-being and health for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Negotiate strategic commercial terms with the pharmaceutical industry. * Ensure continuous supply of the pharma portfolio. * Evaluate supplier performance and propose improvements. * Analyze and validate commercial agreements and funding allocations. * Monitor KPIs and develop action plans. * Lead continuous improvement processes in the procurement area. * Support strategic decision-making within the commercial area. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics or related fields. * Solid procurement experience in retail. * Strategic vision and ability to make decisions with direct business impact. * Proficiency in Excel. **Preferred Education and Skills:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in business-related areas. * Solid procurement experience in pharmaceutical retail, preferably with medications (Reference, Generic, and MIPs). * Advanced knowledge of negotiation, financial analysis, and category management. * Analytics tools (Power BI preferred) and advanced Excel. * Experience with ERPs and industry-specific systems. * Experience working with major retailers.
