Provide support to the manufacturing and commercial departments, as well as oversee raw material and input procurement. Support interactions with key customers and monitor the needs and satisfaction of external/internal customers. Prepare and analyze managerial reports, monitor and review KPIs (key performance indicators). Monitor internal improvement programs (corrective and preventive) and plan the annual budget.
