Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and issuance of purchase orders. * Negotiate with suppliers to consistently secure the best conditions regarding price, delivery time, and quality. * Monitor deliveries and ensure adherence to agreed deadlines. * Control and organize supplier-related documents and contracts, keeping all records up to date. * Monitor minimum stock levels and product replenishment, particularly food items. * Collaborate closely with the logistics department to ensure correct product receipt. * Update and maintain supplier and product master data in the system. * Support supplier performance analysis and preparation of departmental reports. Requirements: * Prior experience in procurement or related administrative functions. * Knowledge of inventory control, negotiation, and cost analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work effectively in a team.
