Inventory and document control and organization * Request quotations and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with various suppliers; * Identify and evaluate suppliers capable of offering quality products at competitive prices. If multiple suppliers are available for a given product, obtain comparative quotations to secure better margins; * Consult the finance department regarding budget availability for product purchases; * Research new products by analyzing market competitors; * Learn all processes related to product importation; * Maintain and utilize the pricing spreadsheet; * Research new products and more competitive, advantageous alternatives for the company, identifying new procurement opportunities; * Organize documents such as invoices, tax invoices, and procurement reports; * Record procurement information in the company's system to ensure inventory and financial control; * Verify tax invoices, bank slips, and quantities of received items; * Manage product inventory levels, updating inventory records in the system according to sales.
