Job Summary: This professional will register and update supplier data, process purchase requests, perform follow-up activities, and support contract management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in managing service contracts with suppliers 2. Leading quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers 3. Focus on meeting internal customers' needs ***Responsibilities:*** * Register and update supplier data; * Under the guidance of Buyers, process purchase requests with focus on meeting internal customers' needs, and lead quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers; * Conduct follow-up with suppliers to monitor delivery flow/process for products and services, and ensure fulfillment of all negotiated terms; * Support management of service contracts signed with suppliers. ***Qualifications:*** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Knowledge in service provision, negotiation, and/or electro-electronics is a plus; * Experience and proficiency in Excel. * Availability to work 100% on-site in the Parque Barigui region. ***Benefits:*** * Transportation Allowance (3% discount); * Meal Voucher (BRL 38.50 per day + additional meal voucher during vacation); * Food Allowance (BRL 270.00); * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Psychological care subsidies; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Gazeta Club; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
