Position: Pedagogical Coordinator – Early Childhood Education \| Small-Scale School Location: Bacacheri, Curitiba/PR Employment Type: Full-time – CLT Work Model: On-site We are looking for a Pedagogical Coordinator to join an Early Childhood Education school in Curitiba, with emphasis on pedagogical and people management. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate, monitor, and support the pedagogical and teaching staff; * Supervise and ensure implementation of the School’s educational proposal and internal processes; * Foster a welcoming, safe school environment aligned with the School’s values; * Encourage healthy, empathetic, and collaborative relationships among families, students, and staff; * Support the General Management in administrative and people management of the pedagogical team, contributing to the school’s organization and efficiency; * Promote family retention and strengthen the educational project. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy * Teaching experience in Early Childhood Education classrooms; * Knowledge of pedagogical and people management; * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; * Emotional intelligence and strategic vision.
