Proactive identification of risks and correction of deviations Description: We are seeking a Project Manager to work on strategic retail system implementation projects across Latin America.\> Workload: 80 hours/month \> Engagement: 1 to 3 concurrent projects Responsibilities and Duties * Lead project and subproject management for system implementation; * Support teams in planning, executing, and monitoring activities; * Track schedules, deliverables, and action plans to ensure deadlines and quality; * Consolidate information and metrics, providing strategic visibility to managers; * Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and expectations; * Prepare, update, and present executive status reports; * Conduct weekly progress review meetings; * Coordinate the collection, analysis, and distribution of progress metrics; * Proactively identify risks and correct deviations.
