Marista Group’s Supply Chain department is looking for a professional who wishes for their daily work to be meaningful and aligned with a mission that positively impacts the lives of those most in need—through education and healthcare.
You will be responsible for the strategic management of procurement for construction and renovation-related services (contracting, specialized labor, and technical services), ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratio, quality, schedule adherence, and contractual compliance—all aligned with project requirements and institutional guidelines.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Lead end-to-end procurement processes for construction and renovation services—from requisition through contract formalization
* Develop and manage competitive bidding procedures (RFP/RFQ) for contractors and service providers
* Conduct joint technical and commercial proposal evaluations with Engineering and technical departments
* Negotiate medium- and high-complexity contracts (scope, SLA, timelines, price adjustments, measurements, and penalties)
* Develop, qualify, and approve strategic service suppliers
* Manage contracts—including execution monitoring, measurements, and supplier performance tracking
* Ensure adherence to construction budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities (cost saving)
* Critically analyze technical scopes, descriptive specifications, and project documents prior to procurement
* Support construction planning by aligning procurement activities with physical\-financial schedules
* Monitor supplier and contract performance indicators (KPIs)
* Resolve contractual disputes and deviations in execution
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, technical standards, and applicable legislation
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree (Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields)
* Solid experience in procurement/contracting within the civil construction sector
* Strong background in service procurement (contracting and renovations)
* Experience negotiating complex contracts and managing suppliers
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical projects and scopes
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; BENNER preferred
**Differentiators**
* Experience with medium- or large-scale construction projects or multiple concurrent projects
* Familiarity with Strategic Sourcing methodologies
* Experience managing continuous or outsourced service contracts
* Postgraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on multiple factors. If a defined salary range exists for this position, it will be communicated during the selection process.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM
