Promo is the department responsible for promoting RPC programs, events aligned with the broadcaster’s DNA, reinforcing Globo’s programming lineup (using regionally adapted materials), and producing institutional films for our brand. We’re looking for a Producer to join this fun, award-winning, united, and highly creative team.

Develop creative scripts for promotional videos across diverse formats, directly working with the broadcaster’s branding, RPC-branded and partner events, and programs aired on the channel.
Plan high-quality productions (in both internal and external sets), focusing on creating impact and telling stories that captivate audiences — overseeing all stages from pre- to post-production.
Edit videos for broadcast on RPC programming, digital campaigns, and off-air initiatives.
Collaborate proactively and maintain constant alignment with creative teams across departments — including acquisition, post-production, digital, and activations.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone who has:**
A completed undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Cinema and Audiovisual Arts, or Radio and Television.
Experience in creating and producing promotional videos — whether in Promo departments, other broadcasting divisions, advertising agencies, or production houses.
Creative skills to connect references, think outside the box, and develop innovative concepts.
Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Edius) is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously — consistently maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines.
