**Responsibilities and duties** **Get to know this professional’s day-to-day:**
* Market comprehensive communication solutions, focusing on TV, digital, and OOH, connecting multiple platforms to amplify client results;
* Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and continuously conduct active prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities;
* Position yourself as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions aligned with their marketing and business objectives;
* Develop and execute innovative sales strategies focused on achieving and exceeding targets;
* Create commercial projects and integrated proposals, combining various solutions from RPC’s portfolio;
* Lead medium- and high-complexity negotiations, ensuring value generation and sustainability of partnerships;
* Strategically manage the sales pipeline, ensuring result predictability and performance;
* Work with sales KPIs, monitoring results and proposing continuous improvements;
* Increase clients’ utilization of the portfolio by encouraging multi-platform solutions;
* Conduct post-sales activities and monitor the performance of implemented strategies, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities;
* Manage commercial inventory (assets), focusing on revenue maximization and occupancy;
* Structure and market advanced OOH solutions, integrating them with other areas of the portfolio;
* Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and innovations in media and communications;
* Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting the development of junior-level executives.
**Requirements and qualifications**
What you need:
* Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate studies in media or commercial fields preferred;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Proven success in sales and target achievement;
* Sales experience, especially in field sales, active prospecting, and consultative engagement;
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence across various levels;
* Strong goal and results orientation;
* Innovative, proactive mindset with business acumen;
* Ability to work autonomously without compromising teamwork;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and personal vehicle;
* Willingness to travel and work in Guarapuava and surrounding regions.
