RPC Curitiba is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in the Programming department, supporting administrative routines, controls, verifications, and internal clients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Update departmental spreadsheets and controls;
Open and monitor incident and occurrence tickets;
Organize and standardize departmental materials;
Support report preparation;
Organize files and information;
Complete operational checklists;
Verify the programming schedule in systems.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education;
Experience with administrative routines such as spreadsheets, controls, invoices, payments, etc.;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software (especially Excel and Word) – basic to intermediate level;
Experience providing internal support or assistance to departments.
