Technical Engineering Assistant - Quality

Description

Job Summary: Support the application of checklists, site inspections, document organization, sample collection, monitoring of tests, and quality audits on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in applying inspection checklists and basic site inspections. 2. Control and organize quality documents and records. 3. Assist in laboratory testing and audit follow-up. * Monitor the application of inspection checklists; * + Conduct basic site inspections under the guidance of the site analyst or engineer + Control and organize documents, such as completing and filing Service Verification Forms (FVS) and Non-Conformance Reports + Maintain physical and digital folders with quality documents in order; + Assist in sample collection and submission for laboratory testing; + Monitor test execution, including concrete strength, soil compaction, and mortar mix proportions; + Take photos of completed work or non-conforming items; + Record images as evidence of inspection or corrective actions; + Help disseminate quality guidelines and procedures to workers; + Support simple training sessions or orientation on standards and best practices; + Update quality control spreadsheets (e.g., non-conformance or rework indices); + Generate simple reports from collected data; + Assist in organizing required evidence and records; + Support ISO 9001 or public/private client audits; + Monitor and track verification of calibrated equipment; + Manage distribution and revision control of documents and records to meet ISO standard requirements; + Monitor Inspection Plans: FVS (Service Verification Form) and FVM (Material Verification Form); + Serve as a liaison between field operations and the office regarding quality records and control; + Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and quality analysts.
