Job Summary: This position supports space maintenance and organization, prioritizes safety, professional appearance, and technical support for operational and gardening teams. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with gardening and operations teams **Mission:** Contribute to maintaining and organizing the spaces where the company operates, directly supporting gardeners and installation and maintenance teams. The general assistant ensures routines are carried out efficiently, emphasizing safety, professional appearance, and technical support for team activities. **Objective:** Support gardeners and the operations team in daily routines, ensuring organization, agility, and quality in maintaining spaces and the company's visual communication structures. **Main Responsibilities:** Safety and PPEs. Properly use all required PPEs (gloves, goggles, safety boots, ear protection, helmet, etc.). Follow safety regulations, especially during outdoor activities, operation of motorized tools, and working at heights (assistance). Maintain equipment and immediately report any damage. Supporting the Gardener Assist with mowing (vegetation removal), waste collection, and cleaning and organizing plazas. Support irrigation, fertilization, and basic plant care. Assist in preparing materials for topiary work (ornamental pruning and shaping). Operational Activities Help affix IDs onto panels, structures, and machinery. Assist with painting small areas, bases, poles, and structures when requested. Support installation of permits, signage, and visual identification plaques. Repair water pipes. Keep storage areas and tools organized. General Support Assist in loading and unloading materials. Support drivers and teams during transportation and external services. Follow the daily schedule as directed by the gardener and coordination team. Assist in basic tool maintenance (cleaning, organizing, and storing). **Qualifications:** Completed high school education. Prior experience in general maintenance, gardening, or external operational activities is desirable. Basic knowledge of hand tools (string trimmer, leaf blower, pliers, wrench, hammer, etc.). Basic understanding of occupational safety and PPE usage. Driver’s license category B (desirable). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of gardening and external area cleaning. Ability to assist with mowing and pruning (support role). Proficiency with basic fastening tools. Support in minor repairs and painting tasks. Organization and discipline in equipment usage. Team collaboration and communication. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
