Plan, schedule, and monitor procurement activities to ensure adequate supply and necessary restocking. Monitor inventory levels. Supervise the daily operations of cleaning and reception teams. Facility improvement and maintenance management. Monitor and schedule corrective, preventive, and building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, civil, and fire protection). Control and monitor Facilities KPIs. Develop and monitor departmental policies and regulations. Manage and execute departmental payments. Previous experience as Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Manager, Facilities Specialist, or Facilities Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
