We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and committed individual to work as a Production Assistant on our ribbon manufacturing line. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in operating and feeding cutting, rewinding, and packaging machines; * Perform visual quality inspection of produced materials; * Sort, label, and organize finished products; * Support cleaning and organization of the production area; * Complete simple production and quality control records; * Collaborate with the team to meet daily targets. **Requirements:** * Agility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills; * Aptitude for precise manual and repetitive tasks; * Commitment to quality standards; * Prior experience in industrial production is a plus. **Profile we seek:** We seek a careful, collaborative individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
