Provide courteous and informative customer service About the Job We are hiring a **Butcher Assistant** to support department routines, ensuring organization, hygiene, product quality, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities * Assist in **meat preparation and sorting** as directed by the butcher * Perform **packaging**, **weighing**, **labeling**, and **pricing** of products * Restock counters and displays, maintaining proper presentation and refrigeration * Check **expiration dates**, **quality**, and storage conditions * Sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas according to food safety standards * Serve customers courteously, informing them about cuts, options, and availability * Support inventory organization and goods receipt (when necessary) Requirements * Completed elementary education (preferred) * Willingness to perform physical labor in a refrigerated environment * Attention to detail, agility, and organizational skills * Availability to work rotating shifts and on weekends/holidays * Prior experience in a butcher shop is a plus (not mandatory) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.710,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
