Development of practical skills in people management **OBJECTIVE:** The Human Resources Intern will support various HR department activities, assisting in the execution of administrative and operational processes, with a focus on developing practical people management skills and strengthening HR practices and policies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Interest and motivation to learn about the Human Resources field. * Proactivity and teamwork skills. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Flexible schedule: 6 hours per day. **SALARY AND BENEFITS** Internship stipend: R$ 800.00 \+ Transportation Voucher (VT) \+ R$400.00 Solides Benefit. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and supporting selection activities; * Collaborate in document control and HR process filing, ensuring organization and compliance with confidentiality standards; * Monitor and support onboarding and offboarding processes, verifying documents and assisting in new employee integration; * Help manage benefits such as meal allowances, transportation, and others; * Provide support in timekeeping administration and overtime tracking; * Perform various administrative tasks related to the HR department as required.
