Here, you will find a supportive team that works together and helps one another achieve outstanding results, in a welcoming environment with continuous learning opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform gardening and landscaping activities such as mowing, pruning, weeding, planting, and removing seedlings * Maintain green areas, including flower beds, planters, climbing plants, vegetable gardens, and orchards * Clean and maintain internal pathways (pavers, cobblestones, and gravel areas) * Remove weeds and clean sidewalks and external areas, using high-pressure washers when necessary * Support waste collection at external points and perform proper waste segregation for disposal * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of work equipment and tools * Comply with workplace safety regulations and best practices **Expected Experience** * Prior experience in gardening, green area maintenance, or general services * Experience using manual tools and gardening equipment (e.g., brush cutter) * Experience in cleaning and maintaining external areas * Desired experience in waste collection and segregation **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education (preferred) * Experience in gardening and external area maintenance * Knowledge of manual tools (hoe, shovel, rake, pruning shears) * Experience operating equipment such as brush cutters and high-pressure washers * Basic knowledge of waste collection and segregation **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to perform operational tasks * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment to safety **Advantages** * Basic gardening or landscaping course * Training for brush cutter operation * Knowledge of safety regulations (NRs) **Additional Information** Have you ever imagined being part of Brazil’s leading pharmaceutical company in phytotherapy and making a real impact on people’s health?
