Ensure maintenance and hygiene of environments ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, guiding, and supervising cleaning teams, ensuring proper execution of services, adherence to schedules, quality standards, safety regulations, and correct use of materials and equipment, thereby guaranteeing the maintenance and hygiene of serviced environments. * ü Supervise and guide the cleaning team’s daily activities. * ü Assign tasks according to shift schedules, areas, and post priorities. * ü Monitor service execution, ensuring quality and productivity. Conduct periodic inspections of serviced environments. * ü Control and request cleaning supplies, products, and PPEs. Guide the team on the proper use of equipment, chemical products, and operational procedures. * ü Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * ü Support integration and training of new employees.
