If you have experience in meat handling, enjoy delivering high-quality customer service, and seek a company offering excellent benefits, this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * **Handling and Cutting:** General preparation of beef and poultry (cuts for fillets, steaks, cubes, strips, etc.). * **Deboning:** Performing deboning (a plus, but not mandatory). * **Packaging and Production:** Portioning, packaging, and labeling of products. * **Customer Service:** Excellent counter service and customer guidance. * **Organization:** Restocking counters and maintaining department organization and cleanliness. **Requirements** * Proven experience in meat cutting (beef and/or poultry). * Good communication skills and enthusiasm for public interaction. * Proactivity, focus on workplace hygiene and organization. * *Preferred Qualification:* Experience in deboning. **Work Schedule and Rotation** * **Weekly Rotation:** Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with a 1 hour 18 minute break). * **Days Off:** One fixed day off per week. * **Sundays:** Worked on an alternating rotation (work Sunday / no Sunday), from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. **Additional Benefits** * **On-site Meals:** Breakfast and lunch provided by the company at no payroll deduction. * **Transportation/Fuel Allowance:** Paid with no payroll deduction. * **Meal Voucher (Attendance Bonus):** Daily R$16.00 meal card bonus for attendance. * **Sunday Bonus:** Additional R$140.00 on the meal card for each Sunday worked. * **Health Plan:** Co-payment plan with 50% of the monthly fee covered by the company. * **Life Insurance:** Fully free. * **In-house Laundry Service:** Uniforms sanitized daily (no need to take uniforms home for washing!). * **Optional Benefits:** Dental Plan and Pharmacy Discount Program.
