Responsible for the physical operation, movement, and systematic control of equipment, ensuring traceability and organization.

**Responsibilities:**
**1\. Physical Operations and Movement**
▸ Transfer barrels, cylinders, and beer dispensers into and out of the cold room, with safe handling of heavy loads.
▸ Organize the layout of the cold storage and equipment area based on turnover rate and accessibility.
▸ Prepare and inspect equipment dispatched to events, bars, and restaurants (complete kit, condition assessment).
▸ Receive, sanitize, and inspect returned equipment, marking damages.
**2\. Systematic Control and Traceability**
**◆ Core Function —** *This is where the traceability issue is resolved.*
▸ **Record all asset check-outs and check-ins**, linking equipment → customer → date → responsible person in the system.
▸ Maintain real-time updated inventory, including location status of each beer dispenser and cylinder (in stock, allocated, under maintenance, in transit).
▸ Conduct periodic reconciliations (physical inventory × system) and investigate discrepancies.
▸ Monitor return deadlines for allocated equipment and follow up/escalate overdue items.
▸ Generate reports on asset location, incidents, and losses for leadership.
**Requirements:**
▸ Completed high school education.
▸ Physical fitness for recurrent heavy load handling (see Working Conditions).
▸ Proficiency in inventory control routines and use of spreadsheets/systems — intermediate Excel skills minimum.
▸ Organized, methodical profile with attention to detail: discipline in recording every movement, without exception.
**Desirable:**
▸ Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, or distribution.
▸ Familiarity with beer dispensers/refrigeration equipment or beverage industry.
▸ Experience with management systems (WMS, ERP, or proprietary systems).
▸ Driver's license category B (if occasional travel required).

**Working Hours:**
Mon–Fri: 09:00–18:00 with 1-hour lunch break;
Sat: 08:30–12:30.
Compensation: R$2\.416,00 per month
