Job Summary: Civil engineering professional specialized in occupational safety to develop and manage safety standards, audits, and programs across concurrent construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on proactivity, organization, and leadership capability Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and disseminate internal Occupational Health and Safety standards and regulations; * Monitor validity and accuracy of PPRA, PCMSO, PCMAT, and PPP documents; * Conduct safety audits on construction sites; * Monitor audit and safety inspection reports on construction sites; * Track action plans for non-conformities; * Implement selective waste collection and recycling programs in compliance with applicable regulations; * Participate in the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA); * Manage personnel; * Supervise activities of the occupational safety technician. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Experience in the real estate / civil construction sector; * In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Standards (especially NR-01, NR-06, NR-18, and NR-35); * Experience managing safety across multiple concurrent construction projects; * Proficiency in indicators and risk management; * Proactive, organized profile with strong leadership capability. Compensation: R$10.000,00 - R$15.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
