If you love animals and wish to make a difference with us, this opportunity could be yours! **What is the opportunity?** Compounding Laboratory Assistant \- Curitiba **What will you do?** * Perform shelf cleaning as needed and conduct daily cleaning and disinfection of workbenches; * Organize compounding utensils on workbenches and wash used instruments; * Verify and record balance weights once per day; * Weigh raw materials for formulation production; * Perform compounding of liquid, semisolid, solid, and standard formulations according to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Conduct finished product quality control: average weight of biscuits and capsules, pH of liquids, color, odor, weight, and record all information on the compounding order; * Fill formulations into appropriate, pre-determined packaging; * Label formulations according to Standard Operating Procedures; * Assist in inventory control of raw materials, packaging, and various supplies, reporting any discrepancies or procurement needs to supervision; * Daily monitoring and recording of environmental and refrigerator temperature and humidity (twice daily); * Daily monitoring and recording of cabinet pressure; * Replace exhaust filters as needed and/or per schedule; * Wash, store, and organize packaging; * Wash used utensils/glassware at the end of each work shift; * Remove trash from rooms daily; * Conduct raw material reconciliation whenever requested to maintain accurate inventory; * Compound capsule samples sent for analysis every two months; * Clean the reverse osmosis system to ensure water quality; * File compounding orders in an orderly and practical manner; * Share knowledge with new colleagues; **If you’re interested, verify whether you meet the requirements:** Education: Completed High School.
