Transport Analyst

Key Responsibilities\* * KPI Management: Collect, consolidate, and audit key transportation metrics (e.g., OTIF, OTD, cost per kilometer/box, fleet utilization, carrier service levels, accident rate, and lead time). * Data Analysis and Business Intelligence: Identify performance deviations, root causes of delays or budget overruns, and jointly develop corrective action plans with operations. * Dashboard Development: Design, maintain, and automate visual control dashboards for executive presentations and daily operational monitoring. * Partner Management: Support daily, weekly, or monthly performance committees (SLA/Results meetings) with carriers and internal customers. * Financial Efficiency: Monitor freight costs (heavy and light), supporting identification of opportunities to optimize network design and reduce costs (Savings). Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) * Advanced Excel: Mastery of pivot tables, complex formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF), conditional formatting, and preferably automation via VBA or Power Query. * Advanced Power BI: Ability to extract data from multiple sources, perform data modeling, create measures using DAX language, and publish dynamic reports. * Management Systems: Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and/or large-scale ERPs (e.g., \*\*SAP\*, Totvs, or Oracle). Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
