We are the PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT. **Responsibilities and Duties** See how you can contribute in this role: * Manage the operational team during your shift; * Align and communicate priorities to the operational team; * Verify and, if necessary, request office supplies and tools; * Reassign and guide work teams; * Review and record timekeeping discrepancies on the team's timesheets; * Conduct and supervise training sessions; * Supervise the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes; * Manage KPIs: monitoring, analysis, and implementation of actions to achieve targets; * Operate production processes and assembly lines when required or requested; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of your assigned area; * Develop, organize, and control necessary departmental documentation; * Participate in planning and execute improvement initiatives; * Comply with occupational safety regulations, following established procedures and instructions; * Perform other duties related to this position as required by the department or leadership direction. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need to have and/or know for this position: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience with Quality tools; * Experience managing factory-based teams; * Availability to work rotating shifts under a 6x2 schedule; * Willingness to work in Fazenda Rio Grande/PR. **Additional Information** With over 400 years of history, the Sumitomo Group has left marks and legacies worldwide.
