Job Summary: Performs construction, painting, finishing, and general repair tasks under supervision, while also supporting technical tasks and working at heights. Key Highlights: 1. Works at heights in compliance with safety regulations Main Responsibilities: **Construction Services Execution** * Lay blocks, bricks, ceramic tiles, and finishes under supervision; * Apply scratch coat, base coat, and plastering; * Prepare mortar, concrete, and other materials; * Perform minor demolitions and removal of finishes. **Painting and Finishing Services** * Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, correction of imperfections); * Apply paints, sealers, varnishes, and textures under supervision; * Perform touch-ups, finishing, and corrections; * Protect areas prior to painting execution. **General Services Execution** * Perform roof-related tasks (fixing and replacing roof tiles). * Carry out adjustments, cutting, and leveling of materials. * Perform minor general repairs. **Technical and Operational Support** * Work under direct supervision of professionals or supervisors. * Assist in basic reading and implementation of project drawings. * Support the organization of task execution. **Work at Heights and Structures** * Perform work at heights in accordance with regulations (NR\-18 and NR\-35\). * Safely use scaffolds, ladders, and harness chairs. * Assist in assembling simple structures.
