Drive continuous improvement and inventory control. **Location:** CIC – Curitiba, near Volvo **Schedule:** Monday to Friday Job Description Responsible for supervising logistics operations, ensuring proper flow of material and finished product receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch. Manages teams, controls inventories, monitors KPIs, and drives continuous process improvement, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and internal procedures. Main Responsibilities * Supervise material receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch activities. * Manage the operational team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity. * Control physical and system-based inventories, ensuring accuracy and organization. * Monitor and analyze area KPIs (productivity, inventory counts, losses, deadlines). * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System processes and procedures. * Plan and monitor loading, pickup, and delivery activities. * Support periodic inventories and cycle counts. * Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and area organization. * Interface with internal departments such as Production, Procurement, Sales, and Transportation. Mandatory Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience supervising logistics or warehouse operations. * Experience managing operational teams. * Knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and logistics processes. * Experience in an industrial environment. * Valid Forklift Operator Certificate. Technical Knowledge * Logistics operations management (receipt, storage, dispatch). * Inventory control, stocktaking, and accuracy. * Logistics KPIs. * ERP system usage and spreadsheet-based controls. * Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS). * Occupational safety standards applicable to logistics.
