Job Summary: Perform daily operational activities in production, including system entries, document verification, order tracking, and demand control, maintaining up-to-date records. A welcoming environment with commitment to well-being and development Perform daily operational activities in production areas accurately and with quality under the manager's supervision, according to customer demand. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform system entries for receipts and pre\-entry of invoices. * Verify cargo documents (invoice, import declaration, purchase order) and create manifests/inspections. * Monitor the arrival of trailers and containers, validating physical vs. system data. * Update receipt records and resolve discrepancies when necessary. * Plan and monitor customer orders (consolidation, wave generation, and label printing). * Track the picking process through to dispatch. * Control VAS demands, cancellations, and returns to inventory. * Maintain updated spreadsheets and operational records. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience in PCP or logistics is desirable * Knowledge of WMS/PKMS is a plus **Additional Information** BENEFITS: Transportation allowance (VT), Incentive program, On-site cafeteria, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Total Pass, and Life insurance.
