High-speed, organized environment **Head Chef / Operational Kitchen Leader – Restaurant** We are hiring an operational kitchen leader to ensure quality standards, organization, and smooth team functioning. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate kitchen operations during the shift; * Supervise and guide the kitchen team; * Ensure product preparation follows company standards; * Prepare and supervise the shift’s esfiha production; * Monitor product expiration dates, storage, and organization; * Conduct quality checks on produced food items; * Ensure equipment cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance; * Monitor team appearance, uniforms, and hygiene standards; * Maintain operational speed, quality, and organization; * Ensure compliance with internal processes. **Requirements:** * Experience in kitchen operations; * Leadership and organizational skills; * Responsibility and commitment; * Agility to work in high-volume operations; * Ability to guide and supervise a team; * Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and standards. **Working Hours:** 5:20 PM to 1:20 AM (1-hour break) **Schedule:** 180 hours per month Weekly days off and 1 Sunday off per month. **Compensation:** Fixed salary (category minimum wage) \+ performance-based bonuses: * Punctuality and attendance bonus: R$ 600.00 * Bonus for quality indicators, operational agility, and customer satisfaction: up to R$ 700.00 * Bonus for network evaluation and standard compliance performance: up to R$ 500.00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Performance-based bonuses. **Location:** Bacacheri, near Cabral Terminal, easily accessible by public transportation.
