HR Assistant

Job Summary: You will support HR and Personnel Department activities, contributing to project development and continuous improvement, as well as promoting engagement initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development and implementation of new HR projects 2. Support for continuous improvement and endomarketing initiatives 3. Opportunities for growth, innovation, and recognition Support and execute HR department activities, including developing and implementing new projects aligned with company guidelines and the continuous improvement process, as well as performing Personnel Department tasks and endomarketing campaigns. **Responsibilities and Duties** Attend to current and former employees; Perform registrations; Update documents and maintain organized records according to the management system guidelines; Monitor electronic timekeeping: import files, perform corrections, and forward the final timesheet for signature (by managers and employees); Generate reports (overtime, absences, absenteeism, etc.) and documents (hiring, termination, warnings, etc.); Request and assist in managing benefits and medical examinations (pre-employment, post-employment, position change); Monitor leave-of-absence processes and employee return-to-work procedures; Engagement initiatives (commemorative dates, campaigns, monthly birthdays, etc.); Issue and register lists and certificates in the system; manage sending and receipt of lists for signatures; record system updates and archiving (digital and physical); Organize and promote internal campaigns; Assist in document sorting and hearing preparations; Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; Logical reasoning skills; Familiarity with Labor Legislation is desirable; Experience in Personnel Department activities is a plus. **Additional Information** * On-site meal allowance; * Dental plan; * Health insurance.
