Forklift Operator (Logistics Support)

Job Summary: Electric counterbalanced forklift operator responsible for the safe handling of cargo, loading/unloading, pallet organization, and supporting operational activities to ensure logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Operating forklifts to handle and organize cargo 2. Supporting various operational and logistics activities 3. Collaborative work to achieve operational targets * Operate electric counterbalanced forklifts to safely and efficiently handle cargo; * Load and unload trucks; * Move, store, and organize pallets in the shipping area; * Contribute to organizing and streamlining logistics operations; * Support operational tasks when not operating the forklift, including: * Supporting production conveyor lines; * Loading and organizing materials; * Moving pallets for weighing; * Organizing and maintaining order in the shipping area; * Collaborating with the team to achieve operational targets. **Technical Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school * Mandatory training: Valid forklift operator certification * Preferred experience: 6 months to 1 year operating electric counterbalanced forklifts (non-reach type), preferably in logistics or industrial environments. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL commensurate with market standards; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Dental care plan; * Medical care plan; * Education assistance – available after 1 year in the role (company covers 50% of monthly tuition); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy partnership; * Partnership with SEST/SENAT – access to courses, dental care, therapies, lectures, and other services.
