Job Summary:
Professional responsible for updating curriculum matrices, scheduling organization, and academic indicator monitoring, while seeking partnerships and aligning with the labor market.

The professional will perform the following activities:
* Update curriculum matrices in accordance with MEC guidelines and market demands;
* Organize schedules, disciplines, prerequisites, and degree program pathways;
* Monitor indicators such as approval rates, failure rates, dropout rates, and overall GPA;
* Identify students at academic risk and propose recovery plans or tutoring;
* Participate in evaluation committees, SINAES, and course reaccreditation processes;
* Seek internal and external partnerships for interdisciplinary projects;
* Align academic practice with labor market needs.
Minimum Education: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
