We value commitment to quality, adherence to deadlines, and the development of intelligent solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s marketing and internal marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial and institutional objectives. * Strategically contribute to brand positioning and business opportunity generation. * Support commercial activities, events, trade fairs, and brand activations. * Research potential markets and remain attentive to market demands and trends. * Be available for travel to support activities and initiatives as required. * Plan, control, and schedule necessary investments for executed marketing activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Marketing or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and indicator tracking. * Experience in creating and directing visual materials and artwork. * Creative, strategic, and proactive profile. * Availability for travel. * Prior experience in real estate marketing or the civil construction sector is desirable.
