Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer to supervise the implementation of substations, coordinating teams and ensuring technical interface between the client and designers. We are looking for a **Resident Engineer** to join our team, responsible for fully supervising substation implementation—from civil infrastructure to energization—coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring technical interface between the end client and designers to prevent execution deviations. **Responsibilities:** * Act as Site Manager, with proven experience; * Experience in retrofitting protection and control systems in substations up to 500kV; * Monitor the replacement of line protection and reactor at Gurupi\-Serra da Mesa and Gurupi\-Miracema terminals; * Monitor the implementation of the telecommunications system, including installation of blocking coils and Oplat system at Gurupi\-Serra da Mesa and Gurupi\-Miracema terminals; * Coordinate schedule progress and shutdown planning, issuing PEX documents and managing contractors regarding activity execution; * Support contract management and planning by indicating progress and field records; * Will be responsible for monitoring activities at the **Gurupi/TO, Miracema/TO, and Serra da Mesa/GO terminals;** **Requirements:** ----------------- * Degree in Electrical Engineering; * DRIVER'S LICENSE CATEGORY B; * ACTIVE CREA REGISTRATION; * Proven experience in substation construction, evidenced by CAT (Technical Portfolio Certificate) and equivalent project certificates for protection and control system retrofits or 500kV substation expansions; * Willingness to travel **Benefits that value you entirely** At TSEA Energia, we believe valuing people means building an environment of well\-being, belonging, and balance.
