Will act in a consultative capacity, identifying opportunities for expansion, retention, and continuous operational improvement. Responsibilities and Duties * Serve as the primary customer contact point, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of requests with internal departments; * Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs by monitoring KPIs and service levels; * Monitor contract profitability by analyzing forecast vs. actual performance and proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Conduct periodic meetings with customers to present results and improvement plans; * Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio (cross-sell, upsell, and contract amendments).
