Opportunity for professional growth in a welcoming environment **Position: Nursing Technician – Teknon Mercês Hospital** We are looking for a committed, organized, and compassionate Nursing Technician to join our team at a hospital specialized in plastic surgery. The professional will work under the direct supervision of the registered nurse, contributing both to administrative routines and to patient care. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide direct patient care in preoperative and postoperative settings; * Assist medical and nursing staff during procedures; * Perform wound dressings, administer medications, and monitor vital signs; * Organize and maintain up-to-date patient records; * Support departmental administrative routines; * Manage and control materials and equipment used in patient care; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols; * Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, prioritizing patient well-being. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Nursing; * Active registration with COREN; * Prior experience is considered an advantage; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork orientation. **Additional Information:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM; * **Salary:** R$ 2.720,45 * **Hazard Pay:** As per current legislation; * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 780.00; * **Transportation Allowance:** R$ 12.00 (per working day).
