Job Summary:
An accounting professional responsible for recording and controlling accounting transactions, financial assets, inventory, preparing spreadsheets, and fulfilling tax and corporate obligations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record and post accounting events and transactions; control financial assets such as cash, bank accounts, and investments; manage inventory; prepare and post the expense spreadsheet for the following fiscal year; prepare and post the loan agreement spreadsheet; record asset acquisition, disposal, and depreciation; reconcile supplier accounts; record and reconcile payroll; accrue vacation pay and the 13th-month salary; update and post entries in the Finame spreadsheet; calculate and record taxes; fulfill and keep updated all ancillary obligations related to tax, social security, and corporate areas.
COMPETENCIES BASED ON: EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
Experience with corporate and/or tax accounting;
Basic computer skills;
Knowledge of Accounting Legislation and Tax Returns.
