If you seek to make a global impact while working with cutting-edge technologies and highly qualified collaborative teams, then we may be the perfect match. **About the Role:** The Pension Analyst will comprehensively support the Entity's operations, playing a central role in managing the loan process for participants and providing accounting support, as well as contributing to other pension-related and administrative activities. Given the lean organizational structure, we expect a generalist professional who is organized, proactive, capable of navigating across diverse processes, and committed to maintaining quality, regulatory compliance, and participant/beneficiary service focus. **Your key responsibilities at Vikingprev include:** * Manage the participant loan process, including scheduling, disbursement, monitoring, amortization, repayment, and re-loans; * Directly support accounting activities by performing reconciliations and assisting in the preparation and verification of trial balances and financial statements; * Support investment department routines, including benchmark and fund share tracking; * Monitor legal, regulatory obligations and internal controls of the Entity; * Support and respond to requests from the Fiscal Council by organizing and providing information; * Prepare and review reports, and support operational improvements; * Collaborate across the Entity’s operational routines, contributing to various processes as needed; * Deliver personalized service to participants and beneficiaries, clarifying questions regarding enrollment, benefit disbursement, loans, withdrawals, portability, as well as portal or mobile app navigation; **Key Competencies Required:** * Flexibility and adaptability to operate across multiple processes within a lean structure; * Clear and effective verbal and written communication; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities; * Teamwork and proactivity; * Empathy in participant service; * Problem identification and resolution; * Handling benefit calculations and simulations; * Practical use of Microsoft Office tools and specific internal systems; * Maintaining absolute confidentiality and respecting personal and sensitive information of participants and beneficiaries. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting; * Desired familiarity with public and private pension legislation; * Solid knowledge of Financial Mathematics; * Preferred qualifications: Power BI knowledge, ANBIMA or ICSS certification, basic LIBRAS knowledge, and familiarity with Lean tools or methodologies. **This recruitment process is supported by Apriori Consulting** At Volvo do Brasil, we value candidates’ experience and partner with certified vendors to ensure a professional, values-aligned selection process.
