Therefore, if you are a committed, dynamic, proactive individual who enjoys teamwork, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage job vacancy replacements and workforce expansions. * Assist in reviewing organizational hierarchies, including creating departments, positions, and structures within systems. * Contribute to gathering information for functional change analyses. * Support updating salary tables. * Assist in preparing managerial reports. * Help collect data for salary surveys. * Perform technical support tasks, contributing to analyses and process control within the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of positions and salaries. * Quick reasoning, process orientation, and organizational skills. * Adaptability and ease working in teams.
