Human-centered management and respectful environment **Desired Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing a technical course in Accounting or a degree in Accounting Sciences. - Knowledge of basic accounting, understanding of tax legislation (Presumed Profit Regime, Simples Nacional), accounting principles, and tax calculation. Preferred: Familiarity with accounting and tax management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. **Main Responsibilities:** - Receive and classify tax and accounting documents (incoming and outgoing invoices, expense receipts, bank statements, etc.). - Perform accounting and tax entries in the Domínio system, ensuring correct classification of expenses, revenues, assets, and liabilities. - Prepare and issue tax payment slips within established deadlines. - Assist in reconciling accounting and bank accounts, identifying and correcting discrepancies. - Assist in completing and submitting declarations and ancillary obligations required by regulatory authorities (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, REINF, etc.). - Stay updated on changes in tax and accounting legislation to ensure corporate operational compliance. **Why Work With Us?** At Grupo United, “understanding to care” is more than a purpose—it’s the foundation of everything we do.
