Effico is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support for engineering activities, including developing basic projects, preparing technical reports, monitoring schedules, and conducting site visits and technical inspections. Significantly contribute to advancing departmental tasks while ensuring delivery quality and adherence to established deadlines. Personnel performance results and routines. Develop and evaluate engineering projects. Control financial flow and performance indicators. Monitor schedules and construction projects. Analyze results and support decision-making. Position based in Curitiba / PR. Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Planning Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Control Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
