With **R$ \+17 billion under management, \+198 active funds, and R$ \+98 billion in total transaction volume.** We are driven by the purpose of transforming challenges into opportunities, creating solutions that positively impact companies, investors, and the Brazilian economy. **Mission:** Support the execution and control of financial operations, ensuring alignment with clients, process compliance, and operational efficiency—with a focus on system parameterization, document validation, and portfolio management—while promoting excellence in services delivered. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and monitor financial operations. * Conduct audits, validation, and control of documents and operations. * Support clients, suppliers, and partners with operational requests. * Execute system and process testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and improvements. * Generate and monitor collections files, bank slips (boletos), and reports. * Monitor risks, compliance, and data quality. * Ensure adherence to company regulations, policies, and procedures. **Work Format:** * On-site \| Curitiba – PR * CLT employment contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Experience validating CNAB files. * Knowledge of credit analysis and receivables management. * Ability to organize and control financial documentation. * Familiarity with financial and operational systems. **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance: R$1\.450,00 * Transportation voucher * Birthday day off\- * Dental plan * Health insurance \- no cost to the employee * Performance-based bonus (up to 3 monthly salaries) * Annual vaccination program * OPUS gym membership agreement (3% of minimum wage discount) * National Student ID (DNE) * Agreements with FGV and FAE universities * SESC agreement * PetLove agreement (Pet health insurance)
