If you are passionate about technical challenges, committed to continuous improvement, and possess an organized, analytical mindset, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Specialized Technical Support:** Conduct fire incident risk analysis on self-propelled equipment, design protection systems, and provide remote technical support to customers—resolving issues and promoting proper product usage. * **Project and Parts Management:** Hydraulic system sizing, leak-tightness assessment, vibration analysis, pipe diameter specifications, thread types, structural analysis knowledge, and their respective applications in equipment and supports; develop new component suppliers. * **Coordination and Logistics:** Manage service schedules, optimize travel resources, support the technical team with logistics (flights, accommodations, vehicles), and monitor inventory levels of spare parts. * **Administration and Documentation:** Perform administrative tasks related to spare parts dispatch, track technical visits, review reports, organize warranty procedures, and maintain up-to-date and properly archived technical assistance information and documents. * **Development and Innovation:** Continuously acquire knowledge through manuals, training sessions, and interactions with overseas manufacturers; assist in translating English-language manuals and propose solutions ensuring continuous improvement of processes and products. * **Quality and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with safety regulations, safeguard information confidentiality, and adhere to internal policies and the company’s code of conduct. **Essential Requirements:** * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 2 years as a Technical Assistance Assistant. * **Education:** Completed technical diploma or ongoing/completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering. * **Technical Knowledge:** * + Diesel engines (experience and knowledge). + Design/project software (Inventor, CorelDraw, or AutoCAD). + Hydraulic system sizing and structural analysis. * **Additional Competencies:** * + Planning and strategic vision. + English language proficiency (considered a plus). **Desired Profile:** * **Behavioral Traits:** Organization, Initiative, Proactivity, Responsibility, and Commitment. * **Skills:** Innovation, adaptability to change, focused attention, analytical ability, systemic perspective, strong communication (with internal and external customers), and pursuit of continuous improvement. **Salary and Benefits:** * **Salary:** Range from R$ 2\.827,26 to R$ 3\.341,71 (based on experience). * **Benefits:** * + Health insurance (for employee and dependents, effective after 90 days). + Dental insurance (effective after 90 days). + Meal allowance (VR). + Gympass. + Fuel allowance. + Group life insurance. + SESC partnership (for discounts on services and courses).
