Our commitment is to develop technologies that combine sustainability, operational efficiency, and excellence in water resource management. **Job Objective** Represent Novtec in the state of **Paraná**, acting consultatively to provide customized chemical solutions for influent and effluent treatment. The consultant will be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting technical tests, and ensuring our clients achieve maximum efficiency and environmental compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * **Prospecting and Sales:** Identify and open new industrial and municipal accounts requiring water treatment solutions. * **Field Technical Consulting:** Conduct technical visits to understand the client's plant challenges and propose correct application of coagulants, flocculants, and other chemical products. * **Efficiency Testing:** Perform technical treatability tests on water and effluent, as well as chemical product testing, to demonstrate Novtec solutions' performance in practice. * **Relationship Management:** Monitor the customer lifecycle, ensuring technical delivery and retention through results in sustainability and cost\-effectiveness. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Required Education: Technician in Chemistry, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Biology, or related fields. * Technical or operational experience in wastewater/water treatment. * Knowledge of chemical purification processes and water resource management. * Resilient, proactive profile with excellent technical communication skills. * Own vehicle and full availability for frequent travel throughout the state of Paraná. **Why Work at Novtec?** By joining our team, you will become part of a company with over 20 years in the market, recognized for innovation and environmental responsibility.
